This Pricing, Purchase, Payment, Shippng & Returns policy sets out how WhiteTrinityWitch Online will provide Purchase, Payment, Shipping & Returns facilities when you make purchases from WhiteTrinityWitch Online. By purchasing from WhiteTrinityWitch Online, you agree to be bound by these terms. From time to time this policy may be amended. The effective date of this policy is 20 September 2009. Pricing
All prices on the WhiteTrinityWitch website are online only prices and are correct at the time of listing the products. Any pricing errors will be notified to you as soon as possible. If the incorrect price is higher and you wish to continue with your purchase, we will issue an invoice for the additional payment, or we can of course refund you in full should you wish to cancel. Likelwise, if there is an overprice, we will refund you the relevant amount.
Purchasing & Stock Availability
Availability of stock - Whilst every effort is made to ensure that products are in stock and can be quickly dispatched, very occasionally we can be out of stock for short periods of time. When this occurs, we will inform you of the expected receipt of new stocks and ask if you wish to wait until the item is in stock, or offer you a suitable alternative item, or refund the cost of the item at the earliest opportunity.
Backorders.When an item is out of stock, you are given the option to continue your purchase, and place the product on backorder. This information will always be shown in red during your shopping process. We will strive to fulfil your order in a timely manner, but this will be controlled by how fast our suppliers restock us. In any event, we will only hold backorders for a maximum of 28 days, unless you are willing to wait longer and inform us of that via email or in writing. After that time, we will refund in full for the item and any relevant postage charges.
Custom made items and high value items.
If you place an order for a handmade or custom-made item, please be aware that a minimum of 14 working days and up to 28 days will be required to complete your order. High value items in excess of £200 can take up to 28 days to deliver.

We are confident that you will not find our products cheaper anywhere else, however If you do, we will do all we can to match the price and even try to beat it! To take advantage of this offer please complete the Price Match form that is on each products page before ordering.
This offer is subject to the following.
- The competitor must have the item in stock in the UK.
- The total price, including any postage/delivery charge, must be included.
- That you supply a current UK internet address to the product.
- Special offers / prices are excluded.
- The competitor must offer, and be able to deliver, the goods to you.
- The price match request must be approved before submitting your order.
- The request is not against a product on an auction site.
- The competitor is a bona-fide business in the UK.
Payment Methods
At present, WhiteTrinityWitch Online uses the following secure online payment processors: -
Credit and Debit Cards direct payment.Our Credit and Debit Card processor is Nochex. Any purchases made using Credit or Debit Cards will show on your statements as originating from NOCHEX. More information about this service can be found at the Nochex website.
Credit and Debit Card Telephone Orders
You may place your order via the website shopping system and make payment by calling us with your Credit/Debit card details. Alternatively, you can call us direct and place your order over the telephone. Your card will not be charged until your order is packed and ready to be despatched. Our payment processor for this service is globalpayments HSBC Merchant Services and the transaction will appear as White Trinity Witch on your card statement.
PayPal(for UK & Worldwide sales using PayPal accounts, debit and credit cards)
Please note that if payment is via PayPal eCheque, the goods will not be despatched until the eCheque clears. Due to ever increasing unwarranted PayPal 'Item Not Received cases', all PayPal purchases will ONLY be sent to the registered address of the account holder and will require a signature on delivery.
We do not store any credit/debit card details used during the payment process. The transaction is actioned solely by our payment processors on their secure servers.
Shipping & Delivery
Unless otherwise stated, we aim to despatch goods within 7 working days. Delivery times can vary depending on the delivery service chosen, and that delivery time is in addition to despatch. We can only ship goods to your registered Credit\Debit Card, PayPal or NOCHEX address on your first order. Subsequent orders can be shipped to alternative addresses as you wish. Our items are shipped using services offered by the Royal Mail, CityLink, DHL Europe and MyHermes. All shipping is carried out under the terms and conditions of the respective carriers. A small handling fee is included in the shipping price to cover the costs of packing materials and labour. Our shipping system calculates the weight of the items purchased and applies the relevant cost for the shipping services available. It automatically selects the lowest cost option, but offers alternative services you may select. Any error in postage costs will be rectified as soon as possible. Heavy items will be shipped by CityLink or Royal Mail Standard Parcels Services. All Free Shipping offers will be sent by a service of our discretion, by the most economical method avaialble, and are not time based services. If your purchase qualifies for free shipping but you require it to be delivered within a given time frame, you must select a paid for service of your choice. All deliveries will be carried out under the relevant carrier's terms and conditions and delivery times. If delivery cannot be made or is refused and goods are returned to us, we will recover the cost of such return incurred by us from you, the customer.
Description, Suitability of Goods, Warranty & Returns.
WhiteTrinityWitch Online strives to describe all goods and services on this website accurately. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods as described, are suitable for the purpose you intend to use them for. Where it is found a description is innacurate, we will arrange for the goods to be returned to us and provide a full refund of the purchase and shiping charges.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the goods you receive are in perfect condition, sometimes faults are missed and damage occurs. In the case of you receiving faulty or damaged goods, please contact us within 24 hours. We will then offer you one of the following options: -

Direct replacementWe will at our cost, send a direct replacement for your item.

Alternative repalcementWhere a direct replacement is unavailable, we will, at our cost, offer you goods of a similar nature and cost if you wish.

Credit NoteWhere a direct or alternative replacement is unavailable, we will offer you a credit note if you wish.

Full RefundWhere a direct or alternative replacement is unavailable, we will offer you a full refund of the purchase and associated postage costs.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have certain rights to cancel your order for any reason without penalty. This is known as a 'Cooling Off' period.
If you wish to cancel, please e-mail us, clearly stating your full details, invoice number and the item/s you wish to cancel the purchase of. You must give us notice within seven working days, starting from the day after you take delivery of the order. We will then issue return instructions to you.
Once you have cancelled, you have a legal "duty of care" to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods to us in 'as new' condition with all original packaging at your expense to: - Returns, WhiteTrinityWitch Online, No.7, Frankfort Gate, Plymouth, Devon. PL1 1QA. We would advise that you use a recorded-delivery service for small items and an insured courier service for larger items. Please mark all parcels clearly with your returns number.
We will refund you the full amount paid for the goods and original postage costs (or part thereof for part order returns), incurred by you for their original delivery to you, as soon as possible and within 30 days of the date we were notified of your wish to cancel. Refunds are usually processed on the last working day of the month in which the item as ordered. The refund will be returned via the original purchase payment method.
Certain items of Precious Metal jewellery where prices are based on, or fluctuate with prices of Silver, other precious metals, or foreign exchange market prices, and items that are specially made to order, or custom made for you, and Cd's, DvD's and Software once unsealed are not subject to this 'Cooling Off' period and may not be returned unless proven faulty.

Hours of Business - Summer 2011.Our Website and Shop trading hours are Monday - Saturday 1100 to 1700. We will try to be open on Sundays 1100 - 1500, but please call us first to confirm. (Bank Holidays excluded).
