The Healing Your Past meditation has been created to try and help heal painful memories, which for the most part lie buried dormant deep within our subconscious.
Occasionally something will trigger one of these memories, bringing back all the hurt, pain and resentment that we experienced at that particular time.
If you were to ask me what are the main benefits to be received from listening to this meditation, my answer would be that I believe we are moving into a new age, where the vibration of the whole planet is on the verge of change.
Robbie feels that it will be important that we are able to discard any unwanted emotional baggage, as this will only weigh us down, stopping us from fulfilling our true spiritual potential.
